Lowell Financial Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Collections Strategy Specialist to design and deploy data-driven collections strategies that align with our scorecard models and drive real customer outcomes. You will analyze performance, run champion–challenger tests with SAS and SQL, and work with the Omni Channel Manager to implement automated solutions while ensuring a strong control environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of deploying collections and customer strategies with continuous improvements delivery through data driven insights and well-constructed trials
• You'll have strong analytical capabilities using SAS or SQL and any other analytics packages
• Experience of translating complex business processes and data insights into simple views and language
• Strong customer and commercial awareness
• Influencing change through senior stakeholder management experience is a must have
• Experience of Lean and Agile principles would be desirable

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy data-driven collections strategies linked to scorecard models across appropriate customer and account groups
• Analyze performance, assess cost and collections outcomes, and run champion–challenger tests to uncover what works
