6 Month Fixed Term Contract
JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE:
The role of the Service Performance & Reporting Analyst is to support the development, management, and maintenance of the digital reporting environment, ensuring all inputs and outputs meet the required standards.
The SPA will develop reporting mechanisms, collate, analyse, and process data from systems and management processes, and produce reports for the Account Management team and the Authority & Integrator as required.
Experience with creating dashboards and performance reporting is critical.
This role is home-based with occasional travel to customer sites and division hubs such as Tewkesbury; a driving license is required.
The position requires flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work depending on project demands.
A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn are essential, as the SPA will support team members and other workstreams with tasks and deliverables.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Support the development of the dashboard and reporting environment.
- Improve reporting performance, data integrity, and accuracy.
- Analyse data and information.
- Prepare reports for the Authority, Integrator, and G4S Management.
- Communicate with G4S business members across all areas.
- Analyze work orders with high accuracy.
- Assist with training and supporting new staff.
- Prioritize work to meet service level agreements.
- Assist the Contract Management team with reports and information distribution.
