Role Overview: The Collections Strategy Performance Analyst, part of the Business Excellence team within British Gas Business Energy, will focus on driving operational performance. The role involves analysing outsourced debt treatment performance, collaborating with operational teams to set targets, understanding risks, and identifying opportunities to improve debt performance. The goal is to optimise collection strategies, reduce costs, and enhance market-leading debt recovery.
