Job summary

Virgin Media O₂ is seeking a Collections Operational Effectiveness Manager to shape and optimise our collections operation. You will lead a small team, partnering with operations, data and strategy to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, performance and customer outcomes.

In this high-visibility role, you will embed a culture of accountability and data-led performance, balancing commercial needs with fair customer treatment.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections, credit risk or receivables management in a high-volume environment.
• Proven experience leading and coaching teams.
• Strong data analysis using SQL, Excel or BI.
• Experience in operational reporting and performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and collaborate with operations, data and strategy partners.
• Build and evolve reporting frameworks; track KPIs and insights.
• Translate insight into action to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Support delivery of new strategies and manage stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance in collections.
