Job summary

Raylo in Belfast is hiring a Senior Manager for Collections to build and scale the function, overseeing arrears management, regulatory reporting, and customer communications. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong data skills and collaboration with Data Engineering, Analytics and Finance.

You will work within a high-growth environment, driving performance, implementing a new operating model and mentoring mid-to-senior managers across the team.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' collection leadership experience in consumer credit or similar.
• Strong data analytics and ability to drive performance.
• Experience with regulated debt recovery and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and scale the Collections function.
• Own arrears and recovery operations across channels.
• Drive customer communications for arrears with tests and ROI.
• Collaborate with Data Eng, Strategy & Analytics, and Finance.
• Be hands-on with collections data and analytics.
• Lead the operating-model transition and mentor managers.
