This is a Hybrid role, the Collections team will work from our Manchester City Centre Office 3 days per week, and 1 week in every 4 is fully remote. During your first 3 months you’ll be required to work 5 days a week in the office while you get set up in your new role.
What You’ll Be Doing This is an exciting opportunity as we look to build out a new Collections Team in our Manchester Office. In this role, you will work directly with customers to help them manage financial arrears by setting up fair repayment plans while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies. You’ll be an empathetic and professional communicator, striving to resolve issues with patience and persistence.
Shifts
You'll work 37.5hrs a week between the hours of 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday. The shifts are:

Salary banding £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
