Lowell Group in the UK is seeking a customer-facing debt recovery adviser to support clients with repayment plans. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, gather information and verify details to create fair arrangements.

The role involves negotiating settlements and identifying vulnerable customers while maintaining precise records. You will work in a supportive, target-driven environment with opportunities for development, wellbeing initiatives and inclusive networks.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
• Experience in debt recovery preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers on inbound and outbound calls to gather information for repayment plans.
• Negotiate settlements and review/update account records.
• Identify vulnerable customers and provide appropriate support.
• Reach out to businesses to verify contacts and update company details online.
• Handle messages and correspondence via email, SMS and post.
• Maintain accurate records and follow defined processes.
• Work as part of a supportive, target-driven team.
