Job summary

Royal Mail Group is seeking a Collection and Network Driver at Nottingham Mail Centre. The role is a permanent contract with 18 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday-Saturday, including every Saturday with a rotating day off.

The driver will deliver and collect items, visit post offices, and ensure mail reaches the correct destination on time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver items on the route, including election materials when required.
• Check post-boxes and visit post offices as part of daily duties.
• Collect mail and drop off at processing centres; sort mailbags and ensure correct routing.

Hours: 18:00 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday-Saturday, working every Saturday with rotationl day off between Monday to Friday, working between15:00 and 19:00.

Please note: For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35-37 hours per week are listed as full-time. However, any role under 37 hours per week will be classified as part-time in the employment contract.

As a Collection Driver, you're expected to securely deliver all items on your route, including handling and delivering election materials and certain items (such as food products or alcohol) in line with Royal Mail business standards.
