Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, is recruiting for delivery driver roles based in Deeside. You will sort parcels, plan routes, and deliver to homes and businesses while maintaining high customer service standards.

The position offers a permanent contract with 38 hours per week, overtime opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension and healthcare.

Qualifications

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 38 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday, Weds-Friday 08:00-15:30 & Saturday, 07:00-15:00.

Location: Parcelforce Worldwide, Factory Road Sandycroft, Deeside - CH5 2QX

Why this role pays off:

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
  • o Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
  • o Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)
