JB Leitch Ltd, a Liverpool-based law firm, is seeking a proactive Collections Case Administrator to join our Collections team. You will manage and progress collection cases through administrative and operational activities to ensure effective debt recovery within SLAs.
You will maintain accurate case records, process documentation, and liaise with clients, debtors and internal stakeholders to support timely resolutions, ensuring compliance with FCA, SRA and company requirements.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Collections Case Administrator to join our Collections team. You'll play a key role in managing and progressing collection cases through both administrative and operational activities, helping to ensure effective debt recovery services are delivered within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate case records, processing documentation, and liaising with clients, debtors, and internal stakeholders to support the timely and successful resolution of cases. You’ll also ensure all activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with FCA, SRA, client, and company regulatory requirements.
