Catalent Pharma Solutions are seeking a Collections Analyst to join our team based in Swindon .

Your role as a Collections Analyst will see you perform a crucial role as part of a larger finance team.

The key objective of the Collections Analyst is to drive cash collection and maximum cashflow to the business by ensuring that customers pay their outstanding debts in line with the payment terms agreed.

You must ensure that all web billing invoices are uploaded to customer portals on the day of receipt, that customers are contacted to request payment of outstanding invoices (in line with the guidelines provided) and that queries are investigated promptly and followed up to conclusion.

The Role

Daily processing of web billing invoices, by uploading these to the various customer portals

Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, as assigned

Driving collections activities to ensure timely payments from customers

Review, investigate, and follow up on customer disputes to ensure these are resolved promptly

Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to drive prompt resolutions to outstanding queries

Ability to analyze and reconcile accounts

Attend calls with internal stakeholders to discuss issues and agree resolutions

The Candidate

Demonstrable Account Receivable experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to have difficult conversations with tact and diplomacy

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Capable of reviewing, investigating, and following up on disputes to ensure these are resolved promptly.

Ability to multi-task and effectively to ensure deadlines at met

Previous experience with web billing (uploading to customer portals) would be beneficial
