Job summary

You will be part of a friendly team dedicated to great customer service and supporting the wider office and picking teams as needed. Training and protective clothing are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-based role.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
• Basic computer literacy including use of phone apps.
• Evidence of consistent work history.
• Basic secondary education attainment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Pick orders within the coldstore.
• Use our app to update customer deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Undertake pre-shift inspection of your van.
• Drive safely and within the law.
• Assist the office and picking teams when required.
• Support local marketing activities to attract new customers.
