Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, seeks a part-time driver to deliver frozen meals to customers. You will work 30 hours weekly across any 4 in 6 days, including bank holidays, in a -20ºC coldstore environment with provided protective clothing.

You’ll interact with customers, use an app to manage deliveries, and collaborate with the office and picking teams to ensure smooth service while representing our commitment to quality and care.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service settings.
• Hold a full UK manual driving licence.
• Basic computer skills and smartphone app use.
• Evidence of consistent employment history.
• Completed secondary education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers on time.
• Pickup orders from the coldstore.
• Use the app to update deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Perform pre-shift van inspection.
• Drive safely and within the law.
• Refuel and clean vehicle as needed.
• Report delays or discrepancies to the office.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Support office and picking teams when needed.
• Note health, safety and stock issues.
• Assist team members when others are absent.
