Job summary

Gower College Swansea is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our catering team at Tycoch. You will supervise staff, ensure smooth daily operations and uphold high standards of food hygiene and service.

Working 36 hours across term-time (36 weeks per year) with no weekend work, you will contribute to staff wellbeing initiatives and provide friendly customer service while managing stock and cash with the Catering Manager.

The Role

Gower College Swansea is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our catering team at Tycoch. Working closely with the Catering Manager, you will play an important role in the smooth and successful day-to-day running of our Coffee Shop.

• 36 hours per week
• Term time only - 36 weeks per year
• No weekend working
• Two weeks' leave over Christmas
• Free on-site car parking
