NPTC Group of Colleges in Port Talbot is seeking a part-time Hospitality Operative (maternity cover) for 20 hours per week. The role involves working in one of our refectories with a focus on customer service and food service.

Fixed term until 30 September 2027 or until the postholder returns, pro rata salary £11,485 per year, with full-time equivalent £25,949. The position requires a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering good customer service in a catering

Scale 1, Point 14, £25,949 per annum, pro rata. Equivalent to £11,485 per annum.

20 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).

Part time, part year, 36.8 weeks per annum, fixed term until 30 September 2027 or upon the return of the postholder, whichever is sooner.

About you: If you have experience of working in a catering or customer service environment that would be ideal, however, if you don’t, providing you are passionate about providing good customer service and you are willing to learn we can teach you the rest.
