Job summary

Honesty Group in London/Fulham Road is hiring a Coffee Shop Assistant to help serve coffee, freshly baked breads, pastries and meals. You’ll chat with customers, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, assist with food prep and stock, and support daily operations in a friendly, fast-paced shop.

No prior experience is required as we provide full training. This role offers opportunities to grow into supervisory positions within the business and develop baking, food service, and customer-care skills in a

Responsibilities

• Serve exceptional coffee and freshly baked bread, cakes & pastries made by hand.
• Chat with customers, listen, and help them feel at home.
• Assist in food prep, check temperatures and uphold food safety.
• Support events, take phone orders, and handle inquiries.
• Keep tables, floors, toilets and indoor/outdoor areas clean and welcoming.
• Take deliveries, rotate stock, display products and run fridge checks.
• Assist with end-of-day tasks: log waste and cash up.
• Use our systems (laptop, Slack, email) to stay in the loop.

This is a full time role at our brand new London Shop

As part of our team, you’ll help bring our vision to life every day:

• Serve exceptional coffee and freshly baked bread, cakes & pastries (all made by hand!)
• Look after customers chat, laugh, listen, make them feel at home
• Help in food prep, checking temperatures and food safety, following our high standards
• Support events, take phone orders, answer enquires
• Keep things clean and welcoming: tables, floors, toilets, indoor/outdoor areas
• Do stock work: take deliveries, rotate stock, display products, run fridge checks
• Help with end-of-day tasks: log waste, cash up, lock up
• Use our systems (laptop, Slack, email) to stay in the loop
