Dobbies Garden Centres is seeking a Coffee Shop Manager for Hungerford to lead the busy coffee shop team and deliver outstanding service. You will manage day-to-day operations, control quality and hygiene, and drive sales while fostering a positive work environment.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coach staff, coordinate with central teams on stock, and ensure health and safety excellence across the operation.

Qualifikationen

• Proven management experience in a coffee shop, café, or restaurant environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage budgets and drive profitability.
• Ability to coach and develop team members for peak performance.
• Calm and adaptable under pressure, especially in busy periods.

Coffee Shop Manager | Hungerford | Full-Time | Dobbies Garden Centres

If you're an experienced hospitality manager, restaurant manager, or café / Coffee Shop manager looking for your next role, this could be for you.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll run the day-to-day coffee shop operation: leading the team, hitting sales targets whilst keeping food quality, hygiene and service standards high.

• Build a great place to work, coaching your team and supporting their development with Dobbies

• Liaise with central support teams on stock, supply, and communication
