Job summary

Dobbies Garden Centres in Hungerford is seeking a Coffee Shop Manager to lead day-to-day operations, coach the team, and drive sales while upholding food hygiene and service standards.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will liaise with central teams, ensure a great customer experience, and thrive in a busy seasonal environment with a values-led culture.

Coffee Shop Manager | Hungerford | Full-Time | Dobbies Garden Centres

If you're an experienced hospitality manager, restaurant manager, or café / Coffee Shop manager looking for your next role, this could be for you.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll run the day-to-day coffee shop operation: leading the team, hitting sales targets whilst keeping food quality, hygiene and service standards high.
