You will manage cash handling, stock control, rosters and KPI reporting, while upholding brand standards, health and safety, and exceptional customer experience in a busy café.

Flexibility for varied shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends is essential to succeed in this role.

• Strong background in team management in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including some early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Manage cash-up and bank drops following all procedures.
• Lead and train the team, communicate clearly and calmly during shifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and uphold brand professionalism.
• Keep service running smoothly, drive sales and receive stock orders.
• Run the numbers: drive sales, profitability, and KPI reporting.
• Create team schedules to align with footfall and busy periods.
• Lead by example with attendance, timekeeping, food safety and conduct.
