Job summary

Pact Coffee is seeking an Operations Compliance Manager to uphold and enhance health, safety and food safety standards across the Roastery. You will drive compliance programs and embed a culture of continuous improvement while collaborating with Production, Procurement, Brand and Customer Experience to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Safety, Operations and Compliance within food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HACCP, GMP and BRCGS systems.
• Track record of audits, risk assessments and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Health & Safety systems, ensuring risks are managed and standards improve.
• Develop and lead Food Safety, HACCP, GMP and BRCGS, maintaining audit readiness.
• Create SOPs, training, audits and controls to embed excellence.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure safe, efficient order production and delivery.
• Drive maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement across the Roastery.
