We're looking for an Operations Compliance Manager to play a pivotal role in maintaining and advancing the standards, systems and processes across our Roastery.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll work across Coffee Roasting, Procurement & Inventory, and Production, to ensure our operations run safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standards. You'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading compliance, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across our Roastery.
The role has a strong focus on Health & Safety and Food Safety.
