Job summary

Luton Bennett is hiring a Field Service Engineer to service and install coffee machines around Birmingham. You will travel to customer sites for planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and new installations, ensuring paperwork is completed and stock levels are monitored.

The role requires experience with coffee machines and offers a 40-hour week with on-call weekends on a rota. A competitive salary is complemented by a company van and standby pay.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing coffee machines.
• Experience with installation and maintenance of coffee machines.

Responsibilities

• Install coffee machines at customer sites.
• Perform planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns.
• Complete service paperwork accurately.
• Monitor stock levels of parts and consumables.
• 40-hour week, Monday to Friday (08:30–17:00).
• Participation in call-out rota (1 in 4 weekends).
