Job summary

Marble Talent Group Ltd is seeking a skilled Coffee Machine Field Service Engineer in Birmingham. You will install, service, maintain and repair commercial coffee equipment across customer sites, travelling to locations, diagnosing faults and delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires hands-on electrical, mechanical and plumbing skills, strong fault-finding abilities, and the capacity to work independently with a full UK driving licence. Overtime and training are available.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission commercial coffee machines and associated equipment.
• Service, maintain, and repair a range of professional coffee systems.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and plumbing faults efficiently.
• Carry out first-time fixes whenever possible.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimise customer downtime.
• Provide equipment demonstrations and customer support.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
• Manage van stock, tools, and equipment effectively.

Coffee Machine Field Service Engineer

Salary: £36,000-£40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Overtime

Location: Birmingham - Field Based

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Coffee Machine Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial coffee equipment for a wide range of business customers. No two days are the same - you'll travel to customer sites, diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and ensure equipment is operating to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
