Job summary

TipTopJob in Central London is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install and service coffee machines across major outlets. You will perform planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns as part of a field-based team, delivering professional service.

The role covers travel across London zones 1–4, with roughly 80% on foot in Central London and 20% by company van. Work is a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, with weekend callouts on a 1 in 4 rota.

Qualifications

• This role requires experience servicing coffee machines.
• Experience on traditional and/or automated coffee machines is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Installation of coffee machines.
• Planned maintenance and reactive breakdown work.
• Field-based work across zones 1:4.
• Complete service paperwork.
• Monitor stock levels.
