• Electro-mechanical background in coffee machines or similar equipment.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills with multimeter use.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair coffee machines.
• Fault finding, testing, and diagnosing electro-mechanical equipment.
• Cover a regional patch across Northern Ireland.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Work on equipment across hospitality, retail, and commercial sites.
