Job summary

Simmons Bar in London is looking for a Bartender to join our late-night party bars, offering a lively atmosphere and great guest experiences.

No prior bartending experience is required as we train you within 6 weeks; you will prepare cocktails to spec, handle tills, and contribute to our award-winning vibe across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• No prior bartending experience required; training provided within 6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec (recipes).
• Following Simmons' Steps of Service to ensure a positive guest experience for everyone who comes on.
• Contribute to the lively and vibrant atmosphere of our bars.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, including stock handling, collecting and washing glasses.
• Maintaining clean and safe environment for everyone in the venue.
• Processing correct payments on the tills.
• Demonstrate The Simmons Way, every single day.
• This is not an exhaustive list and other duties will fall within the remit as assigned by your line managers
