Job summary

Simmons Bars in London is seeking a friendly Bartender to elevate the party experience. Previous bartending experience isn’t required; training will bring you up to speed within 6 weeks. Prepare cocktails, follow service steps, and help maintain a lively atmosphere across multiple London locations.

You’ll work in a bar group known for late-night venues, private events, and eclectic music. The role offers a great team culture and ongoing incentives.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience isn't necessary; training provided within 6 weeks.
• You will prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec.
• Follow Simmons' Steps of Service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec (recipes).
• Following Simmons' Steps of Service to ensure a positive guest experience for everyone who comes on.
• Contribute to the lively and vibrant atmosphere of our bars.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, including stock handling, collecting and washing glasses.
• Maintaining clean and safe environment for everyone in the venue.
• Processing correct payments on the tills.
• Demonstrate The Simmons Way, every single day.
• This is not an exhaustive list and other duties will fall within the remit as assigned by your line managers
