Job summary

Tonight Josephine is seeking a Cocktail Bartender to join our weekends team at our London venue. You will craft cocktails, engage with guests, and deliver memorable experiences in a fast-paced bar environment.

Qualifications

Experience in crafting cocktails and serving guests in a fast-paced bar environment.
Ability to pour and mix drinks with accuracy and speed.
Strong teamwork and communication with fellow staff.
Excellent guest service and recommendations based on guest preferences.
Adaptable and resilient in a nightlife setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages following recipes and presentation guidelines.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing service and recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring utensils, glassware, and ingredients are stocked.
Ensure cocktails are prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Collaborate with barback and team to maintain smooth operations.
Upsell and promote featured cocktails, specials, and events to enhance guest experience.
