Job summary

Simmons Bar in London is seeking a Bartender to elevate the party experience for guests. You’ll be trained and brought up to speed within 6 weeks, with a warm, high-energy atmosphere across multiple venues in the city.

Expect a rate of £12.75 per hour plus tips, plus 50% staff discounts and access to perks via Hospitality Essentials. Great progression opportunities exist, with incentives like experience days and team outings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec (recipes).
• Follow Simmons' Steps of Service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Contribute to the lively and vibrant atmosphere of our bars.
• Collaborate with team members on stock handling, collecting and washing glasses.
• Maintain clean and safe environment for everyone in the venue.
• Process correct payments on the tills.

About you:

As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in elevating the party experience for our guests and making sure they come back time and time again! Previous bartending experience isn't necessary, we will train you and get you up to scratch within 6 weeks.
