Job summary

Malmaison Brighton is seeking a Cocktail Bartender to join our bar team. You will shake martinis, mix cocktails and deliver a high-energy guest experience at a stylish hotel bar.

Previous cocktail bar experience is important, and availability to work through Christmas and New Year is required. This seasonal contract offers guaranteed hours, incentives and a service charge, with opportunities to develop your skills within the Malmaison brand.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a cocktail bar is essential.
• Availability to work over Christmas and New Year.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and ability to entertain guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and drinks to brand standards.
• Provide engaging, entertaining and knowledgeable service at the bar.
• Contribute to a high-energy guest experience during shifts, especially during holiday periods.
