Job summary

Malmaison Brighton is seeking a Cocktail Bartender to join our bar team. If you know your pinot from your chardonnay and can shake a mean martini, this role offers a lively environment with opportunities for progression within the Malmaison brand. Availability for Christmas and New Year shifts is required.

We offer a seasonal contract with guaranteed hours, seasonal incentives and a service charge, plus the chance to be part of a dynamic F&B team in a stylish hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a Cocktail Bar is important.
• Availability to work over the Christmas and New Year holiday.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve cocktails to guests.
• Maintain high standard of banter, knowledge and entertainment when taking drinks.
