Job summary

Malmaison Leeds is seeking a Bartender for a 2 Month Fixed Term Contract. The role focuses on classic and signature cocktails, bar service, and assisting during events. Immediate start required for the festive period.

Experience with wine knowledge is desirable and a strong guest-facing personality is essential to deliver high-quality service in a classy hotel cocktail bar.

Qualifications

• Support on function bars for key events.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve cocktails to guests.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels.
• Rotate stock according to FIFO and par levels.
• Assist on private events and functions.
• Deliver high-quality guest service with a confident demeanour.
