Job summary

Hargreaves Lansdown PLC in Bristol is seeking a Digital Controls Testing Manager to lead HL’s Technology Controls Testing team. You will shape a COBIT-aligned testing program, provide risk insight to senior stakeholders, and drive automation and data-led control testing across critical platforms.

The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week) with hybrid working; you will build evidential standards, report on control effectiveness, and collaborate with Technology, Risk and Operations to

Qualifications

Leadership and line management experience in technology risk, technology controls, or IT audit.
Strong working knowledge of COBIT and its use in governance, control design and maturity.
Analytical, data-led, with ability to interpret evidence and drive action.

Responsibilities

Develop and embed COBIT-aligned testing standards and quality criteria.
Own the annual and monthly technology control testing plan.
Lead testing across access, change, incident, resilience, data centre and platform controls.
Drive roadmaps for automated control evidence and test execution.
Produce dashboards and governance materials for senior stakeholders.
