Job summary

Saltrock in Tewkesbury is seeking a Sales Advisor on an 8 hour contract to join our Coastal lifestyle team. You will engage customers, process sales, and help keep the store welcoming and well merchandised.

You’ll assist with stock, pricing changes, and deliveries while delivering Saltrock’s friendly, energetic service and banded discounts. Prior retail exposure helps, but is not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in-store.
• Ability to operate till and handle cash/card transactions.
• Understanding of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by selling Saltrock products.
• Provide a welcoming store environment for customers.
• Maintain store housekeeping and safety standards.
• Inform customers about product features and stock availability.
