Job summary

Saltrock is looking for temporary Sales Advisors to join our Retail team on part-time contracts (4–12 hours per week). You'll work with a energetic team, delivering an excellent shopping experience and helping customers with product information.

Role includes processing transactions, maintaining a welcoming store environment, and supporting merchandising and stock availability. Prior retail experience is helpful, and staff receive a 50% discount on Saltrock products.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to engage customers and drive sales.
• Comfort with processing sales transactions at the till.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by promoting products and brand.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping to high standards.
• Provide product information including features and stock levels.
• Assist with any markdowns or price changes as directed.
• Keep products tidy, stocked, and presented to standard.
