Job summary

Saltrock, a UK coastal lifestyle brand, is seeking a Sales Advisor for a 12-hour contract to join our Retail team. You’ll engage with customers, drive sales and ensure a welcoming store atmosphere in a relaxed, salty-air environment.

You will handle till operations, provide product information, and support merchandising and deliveries. Prior retail experience is desirable; a positive, friendly attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate till and handle cash/card payments.
• Aware of visual merchandising and product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and brand while processing sales transactions with care.
• Ensure customers have a positive in-store experience and create an inviting atmosphere.
• Keep store housekeeping high to ensure a healthy and safe environment.
• Provide product information including features and stock availability to customers.
• Assist with markdowns and price changes within set timescales.
• Keep products tidy, presentable and replenished as needed.
• Support merchandising with guidelines and assist with deliveries and keyholder duties.
