• Commercial leadership experience in leisure, hospitality, retail or heritage sectors, or clear adaptability.
• Proven track record delivering excellent service in customer/visitor environments.
• Experience leading diverse operational teams and driving performance and growth.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to inclusive leadership and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Property Leadership Team across the NI North Coast group, including Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and Mussenden Temple & Downhill Demesne.
• Turn strategy into action to grow sustainable visitor numbers and invest in places and experiences.
• Represent the National Trust externally to partners and communities across the island of Ireland and beyond.
• Ensure operational risk, compliance and financial stewardship across the portfolio.
