Connect Appointments is recruiting a Coachbuilder for their Dunfermline facility, the UK's leading manufacturer of specialist temperature-controlled and bespoke commercial vehicles. You will join a long-established, family-owned business with a strong reputation for quality and engineering excellence spanning over 65 years.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (7am–4:30pm with early Friday finish), up to £41,500 per year depending on experience, overtime and bonus opportunities, and 33 days

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly or coachbuilding.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
• Team-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components to engineering specifications using hand and power tools.
• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process and resolve build issues.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve build flow.
• Maintain accurate build records and keep a clean, safe working environment.
