Job summary

Psi in Oxford is seeking a candidate to manage and optimize COA/eCOA systems for clinical trials in a full-time role based in the UK. You will support licensing, translation management, testing, and deployment activities, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth integration with EDC and IRT/IxRS systems.

The role requires a college/university degree and strong English, with experience in clinical data systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize COA/eCOA systems for clinical trials.
• Support instrument licensing, translation management, and testing activities.
• Coordinate integration with other clinical systems (EDC, IRT/IxRS).
• Assist in risk assessment and go-live support for COA/eCOA platforms.
• Contribute to training materials for sites and patients.
• Support vendor management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in proposals, client presentations, and vendor-related activities.
