• Experience supporting FDA-facing endpoint strategy and regulatory interactions.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and lead scientific initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead COA endpoint strategy and instrument development for client programs.
• Provide regulatory strategy and FDA engagement guidance.
• Oversee qualitative research supporting content validity.
• Mentor junior consultants and review key deliverables.
• Support business development with proposal design and client presentations.
