Job summary

Liverpool City Council is seeking a part-time Co-Production Lead to drive the Adult Social Care and Health co-production framework. You will work with residents, carers and staff to embed co-production principles across the Directorate, delivering inclusive engagement and shaping service improvements.

You will lead engagement initiatives, translate feedback into action and build strong relationships with partners to influence decisions and outcomes for local communities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engagement and co-production across health, social care, voluntary or public sector
• Excellent communication, writing and relationship-building skills
• Ability to translate insight into action and influence decision-making

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the co-production framework across the Directorate
• Champion a culture of co-production with residents, carers, communities and staff
• Build and maintain relationships with Council, partner organisations and communities
• Lead inclusive co-production across service improvement, transformation and operational programmes
• Work with voluntary and community organisations to widen participation from diverse voices
• Use feedback and research to identify opportunities for improvement and inform service development
• Promote innovation and best practice in co-production
