Brent Council is seeking a part-time Co-Production Connector (Parents/Carers) to help shape services for children and families. The role supports engagement activities, gathers feedback, and helps promote the Families First Partnership Programme.

You will work with the Principal Social Worker, facilitate sessions after school and during school holidays, and contribute to training and learning delivery for staff involved with families.

Formación

• Lived experience of receiving Brent’s targeted support within the last seven years.
• No current involvement with Brent’s targeted early help or social work services.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to build relationships with parents, carers and professionals.
• Basic IT skills; experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborative approach and confidence in supporting workshops, forums and engagement activities.
• Genuine commitment to using lived experience to improve services for children and families.

Responsabilidades

• Support participation and engagement of parents and carers through workshops, forums and engagement events.
• Promote the Families First Partnership Programme and develop communication materials.
• Monitor engagement activities and report outcomes.
• Assist with training delivery to the wider workforce and gather feedback from families.
