Liverpool City Council is seeking a Co-Production Lead to drive engagement and co-production across health, social care, voluntary and public sector partners. You will translate insight into action, build strong relationships with residents and carers, and shape services around what matters to people with lived experience.

This part-time post is three days per week with flexible hours and occasional evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement and co-production across health, social care, voluntary or public sector organisations.
• Develop innovative engagement approaches and translate insight into action.
• Gather, analyse and interpret feedback to inform decision-making and service design.
• Lead and support co-production projects that involve staff and people with lived experience.
• Be flexible with working hours, occasionally working outside normal office hours.
• This part-time post is three days per week; pattern discussed at interview.
• Build and maintain relationships across the Council, partner organisations and local communities to support collaboration.
