Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd is recruiting for a manufacturing operator to operate various machinery and support production lines. The role emphasises health and safety, quality, and efficient packing of products across a busy site.

You will join a team that values cleanliness, reliability, and teamwork, with 12-hour shift patterns and opportunities to learn new skills within a well-established British brand.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery (filling, packing, forming or CNC)
• Good communication skills
• Numeracy and literacy for documentation and records
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role
• Commitment to high cleaning and hygiene standards
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
• Highly engaged, a good team player
• Ability to work unsupervised

Responsibilities

• Embrace Health & Safety and Quality requirements
• Pack well-known products
• Operate a wide variety of machinery (filling, packing, forming or CNC)
• Demonstrate commitment to delivery, lead by example; complete paperwork accurately
• Apply GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Disassemble, clean and rebuild production equipment
• Perform any other duties as required
