Yeo Valley Production Ltd is hiring for a manufacturing operative to support packing and operation of a variety of production machinery. The role emphasizes health, safety, and quality, with responsibilities spanning paperwork, GMP practices, and equipment cleaning.

You will work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, with opportunities to learn new skills and progress in a site that values people and planet.

Qualifications

• Experience of operating machinery (filling/packing/CNC) in manufacturing.
• Able to read and maintain documentation and records accurately.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and in a physically demanding role.
• Committed to high cleaning and hygiene standards.
• A proactive team player who can work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Embrace Health & Safety and Quality requirements.
• Pack well-known products and operate a range of machinery.
• Complete paperwork accurately and maintain records.
• Apply GMP practices and keep production equipment clean.
• Take apart, clean, and rebuild production equipment as required.
