Job summary

Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd is hiring for a manufacturing role within its established operation. The role follows a 4 on 4 off pattern from 0600 to 18:00, offering the chance to learn new skills and build a career in manufacturing while becoming a co-owner with a benefits package including a non-contribution pension and healthcare cashback.

You will operate a range of machinery (filling, packing, forming or CNC), ensure health and safety standards, and complete paperwork accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience of operating machinery such as filling, packing, forming or CNC machines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and maintain high hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Embrace health & safety and quality requirements.
• Pack products and operate a wide variety of machinery (filling, packing, forming or CNC).
• Demonstrate commitment to delivery, complete paperwork accurately.
• Apply GMP and take apart, clean and rebuild production equipment.
• Perform any other duties as reasonably required.
