Job summary

Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd is seeking a hands-on Skilled Operative for our Blagdon facility. You will help move packaging, stock and finished product safely and efficiently across the site and support downstream production to meet daily targets.

Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings and are comfortable using handheld scanners and shop floor systems. A safety-first mindset and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse or food production environment.
• Comfort using handheld scanners and shop floor systems.
• A safety-first approach to stock, paperwork and processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different areas of the operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate boxroom machinery, pick daily box orders and perform stock checks.
• Drive reach truck or FLT as required and support despatch and yard tasks.
• Wrap finished products and conduct temperature checks where needed.
• Support production to ensure on-time supply and quality standards.
