Howmet Aerospace seeks a CNC Turner Setter/Operator (MK1) for the Leicester Plant. The role involves setting and operating machines to produce fasteners with strict tolerances, deburring, and self-inspection using gauges to verify specs. You will prove out programs, upload them, and maintain accurate files and SPC records.

Position: CNC Turner Setter/Operator (MK1)
Competitive Hourly Rate: from £17.61 per hour including 15% shift allowance.
January 2027 Hourly Rate Increase to £18.37 per hour including 12.5% shift allowance
Based on setter / operator level in line with our Grading Structure.
Premium Shift Working Hours: AM SHIFT - Monday to Thursday 6 am to 2.30 pm and Friday early finish 11.30 am -
