Howmet Aerospace is recruiting for a manufacturing role in Leicester, offering a competitive hourly rate with shift allowances. Location at Meridian Business Park provides an excellent working environment with strong pension and life assurance offerings.
Training and development are supported within the grading structure. The role requires experience in hot forging and operation of press and finishing equipment, with emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.
£16.89 inclusive of 22.5% shift allowance - Competitive Hourly Rate - skill level dependent and ongoing development through Grading Structure.
Increasing from 1st January 2027 to £17.63 including 20% shift Allowance - skill level dependent and ongoing development through Grading Structure.
Prime Location: Leicester, Meridian Business Park, Excellent Working Conditions, Parking
Working Hours: Monday to Tuesday 2.30 pm to 12.30 am, Wednesday to Thursday 2.30 pm to 12.15 am. 15 minute paid break and half an hour unpaid break. Excellent canteen facilities.
