Job summary

PDQ Engineering Recruitment & Training Services Lt is seeking a highly skilled CNC Turner or Mill/Turn operator for a permanent role on site in the UK. You will program, set up and run multiple machines, with paid weekly earnings and a quarterly shift bonus potential.

The role features a 37.5 hour week across 6-2 and 2-10 shifts, 5 weeks holiday, generous pension, and prospects to advance with on-site equipment including DMG MORINLX and other CNC centers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CNC Turner or Mill/Turn operator.
• Ability to set up, program and run complex parts.
• Work to tight tolerances with standard inspection checks.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and fixtures for production runs.
• Load tools, monitor cycles and adjust as needed.
• Perform quality checks and ensure parts meet spec.

PLUS a Quarterly Bonus -
